Bliss Balls

Bliss balls to satisfy sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry rolled oats
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 heaping Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips in food processor or blender.
- (Optional) Allow to cool for a few minutes and then mix in chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls, then roll in oats so they are not so sticky.
- Keep in Refrigerator.
