Dutch Baby


Also known as a German pancake.


For topping:


  1. Heat the butter in a cast iron pan in the oven at 400 °F while you make the batter.
  2. Blend together all the other ingredients for a solid minute.
  3. Pour into hot cast-iron pan and bake at 400 °F for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  4. Squeeze of fresh lemon or orange over the Dutch baby and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  5. Enjoy.
