Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cans chickpeas
  • 1 cup of chickpea liquid
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp paprika (Or use smoked paprika and omit the liquid smoke. Can also use chipotle for spicy hummus.)
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Drain chickpeas into measuring cup. Save at least 1 cup before dumping the rest.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Optionally, garnish with more paprika.
